Caitlin Yeo, Roger Mason winners at the Screen Music Awards

AMC-represented artists Caitlin Yeo and Roger Mason are among the winners of the 2016 Screen Music Awards. Winners of 12 categories were announced at the Awards ceremony in Sydney yesterday, presented by APRA AMCOS together with the Australian Guild of Screen Composers (AGSC).

Caitlin Yeo won the Best Music for a Documentary category for her music for Getting Frank Gehry - this is Yeo's third Screen Music Award. Mason's music for the TV series The Principal won him his 10th Screen Music Award, this time in the category Best Music for a Television Series or Serial.

The Screen Music Award for Feature Film Score of the Year went to Antony Partos and Matteo Zingales (for their score for 99 Homes) - Partos also won the Award for the Best Soundtrack (for Sherpa). Other 2016 winners include Alan John (Best Music for a Mini-Series or a Telemovie, for The Beautiful Lie); Darren and Sally Seltmann; Peter Cavallo; Adam Moses; team Michael Darren/ Luke Jukevicius/ Christopher Larkin; Jeremy Yang; Jay Stewart; and Neil Sutherland.
