NMN Mini Series - call for applications
Submit your program proposal by 31 January
Applications for the 2009 New Music Network Mini Series are now open - the closing date for submissions is 31 January. The Mini Series contains five concerts from ‘the next generation’ of new music, that is, individuals and/or groups that are just starting out in their new music performing careers, are not full members of the Network or come from interstate. The Mini Series is held as part of the annual New Music Network’s Concert Series.
If you are interested in taking part, proposals for the 2009 NMN Mini Series are welcome from any interested individuals or groups within contemporary new music practice: electronic, improvisation or composed. Programs should feature new Australian repertoire. The NMN can offer marketing and PR support, a performance fee and some assistance toward venue hire.
For instructions on how to send in your submission, please see the NMN website.
