For generations the ABC Symphony Australia Young Performers Awards have unearthed some amazingly talented Australian musicians including Roger Woodward, Geoffrey Parsons, Vernon Hill and Diana Doherty.
This year Hobart will host the Stage III wind and percussion finals. Hear soloists from New South Wales, Victoria and South Australia compete for a place in the Young Performer of the Year Grand Final and enjoy the informed commentary of ABC Classic FM presenter Christopher Lawrence.
