Event Details
This concert is part of a series of undergraduate music recitals featuring student performers and composers completing their final semesters of the Bachelor of music program at the University of New South Wales in 2013. This evening’s recital will feature a wide variety of repertoire ranging from early classical (Stamitz) and late romantic (Fauré) flute music; modern (Lauba) and Australian (Cockcroft) contemporary saxophone works; to musical theatre (Rodgers; Sondheim & Bernstein); as well as many others including the premiere of two exciting new works by Thomas Krizanec. Come celebrate with flautist Jessica Manning, mezzo-soprano Sally Horton and saxophonist/composer Thomas Krizanec in the superb Sir John Clancy auditorium this October as they present their final undergraduate recital together entitled ‘Air’.
