Event Details

ANAM Fellowships are awarded to a small number of outstanding musicians each year providing them with the opportunity to pursue their personal artistic vision. Mentored by recorder virtuoso and serial collaborator, Genevieve Lacey, ANAM assists the Fellows by supporting and facilitating the program or project that each Fellow creates.

Musical Chairs presents an engaging and evocative program of chamIndigenous Australian influences. The second work is the quirky and always enjoyable Prokofiev’s Overture on Hebrew Themes. The concert will conclude with the ever popular Schumann Piano quintet.

This concert is the final element of a series of incursions held at Albert Park Primary School, in which the students explored the three works that will be performed.
