The Australia Ensemble pays homage to the outstanding Australian composer Richard Meale, whose Incredible Floridas is one of the major achievements of a career in which visionary boldness of manner and utterance matched the startling immediacy of Rimbaud, whose words provide the work with its title, and the vistas of fabulous new worlds to which they refer.
