Event Details

English soprano Ellen Winhall will perform a recital of Australian premieres centred on My Sister's Song (1974), a tour de force for unaccompanied soprano by the Australian composer David Lumsdaine. The twenty-minute work has never been performed in Australia, and its international setting will be explored through music for unaccompanied voice by Giacinto Scelsi, Christopher Fox, James Weeks, Jo Kondo and Brian Elias.
