Event Details

Experience Queensalnd Conservartorium Orchestra at its best with Michael Morgan and visiting conductor Philip Chu (Hong Kong) in an exciting mix of familiar and rarely heard pieces related to China.

The program features the world premiere of Two Grievances for Li Bai, by Queensland Conservatorium alumni Liam Flenady, and a heart-warming Chinese cradlesong arrangement by Dr Nicholas Ng, sung in Mandarin by Australian soprano Heather Lee. Philip Chu guest conductor.
