Event Details
A divine opportunity to hear Australia's cutting edge and contemporary composers in an intimate and easily accessible venue in Leichhardt in the inner west of Sydney. Award winning composers Elena Kats-Chernin, Sally Whitwell, Dan Walker, and David Basden are performed in a concert of choir, string quartet, piano, poetry and percussion. Two major pieces are world premieres and the majority of the repertoire has been written in the last 10 years. Conducted by Michelle Leonard with the Leichhardt Espresso Chorus.
