Event Details
Portland Upwelling Festival Artist in Residence, Vincent Giles, presents a multi-speaker sound installation on the Portland foreshore during the festival, in response to the marine phenomenon called the Bonney Upwelling. The festival itself runs all day, and the sound installation will run most of the day.
