A celebration of the extraordinary life of Kenneth Wilberforce Tribe AC (1914-2010), who passed away on 16 July 2010. As Ken did not want a funeral, he instead suggested Musica Viva might like to host an event celebrating the richness of the arts which he was involved and for which he had such a love. The celebration will feature Australian artists with whom Ken Tribe was closely associated throughout his life, including the Goldner String Quartet, and honor the enormous contribution he made to the Arts in Australia. This concert is free and open to the public, however RSVP to Tribe_rsvp@mva.org.au is essential. As this is a general admission event, a name must be provided for each individual RSVP.
