Event Details
Having played with and won the respect of people such as Jimmy Witherspoon, Nat Adderley and Phil Woods, as well as having appeared in concert with all time greats like Dizzy Gillespie and Milt Jackson, Bob Sedergreen is a jazz legend.
We present two of Melbourne’s most accomplished horn players, Mal Sedergreen (saxophone) and Adrian Sherriff (trombone) with Bob Sedergreen (piano), Gareth Hill (bass) and Mark Voogd (drums). Enjoy as the band stretches out, improvising in depth on classic jazz standards. These musicians have all worked together in various groups before and the night will blaze with intensity.
