Event Details
The creative frame for these explosions of sound and vision is the Japanese concept of Ma—both its framing ‘total noise’ aspect and ‘silent’ tensions in between the barrages. It aims to bring the vitality and rawness of ‘noise’ with moments of quietness into traditional Orchestral sectionals (brass, woodwind, percussion) in tandem with Western Sydney Improvisers
