Experienced pianist/composer Tony Gould and the technically prodigious guitarist Peter Petrucci have had a longstanding musical association, spanning over two decades. While both players have several trio albums as leaders, they discovered a special empathy in the duo format (Gould being a superb duo player over the last two decades (with cornetist Keith Hounslow as McJad ,with saxophonists Brian Brown and Rob Burke, and with pianist Bob Sedergreen). Following two albums on the Move label, River Story and From Within, their latest album,The Journey Home, was released last year on the Which Way Music label.
