Event Details
Sideband's first concert for 2017 will feature 2 new works receiving their world premiere, including Sarah Thompson's "The Music Box" commissioned by Sideband for Vibraphone and electronics, and Peter McNamara's "Transfigured Continent" for indeterminate ensemble and film.
Aristea Mellos' work "Seasonal Flocking" for soprano and percussion will receive its Australian premiere, and the concert will also feature the solo works "Solace" by Tristan Coelho and "Cadenza II" by Peter McNamara.
