Event Details
Tura New Music invites you to spend the Easter holiday weekend in the Mid West Outback with some of Australia's leading composers and sound artists. Commence on Friday April 2nd at 5pm and continue accross the station throughout the weekend with the finale early on Monday morning.
Between the scheduled events there will be plenty of opportunity to spend time with the artists and their work, share collaborative moments, and explore the landscape of Wogarno, including the famous Lizard Rock and Wogarno Hill. Tickets are available for the full weekend or for the performance on Saturday evening, from 5pm.
Program includes Ross Bolleter's music for ruined pianos, Jon Rose's Ball and Fence Music, Alan Lamb's Wire music, Jim Denley's saxophone and music by Hollis Taylor.
Full weekend entry standard: $60 / concession: $40 / family: $140. Saturday night concert only standard: $20 / concession: $10 / family: $50. A whole weekend package is available for those not-self catering (Miss Suze's catering). Your order must be placed by Monday 22nd March.
