Event Details
With the help of Speak Percussion and guest composition lecturer Thomas Meadowcroft, ten young composers and percussionists from across Australia have worked intensively over the last six months to develop new ways of thinking about percussion. The results are remarkable. Five world premieres performed by the emerging percussionists alongside Speak Percussion.
Speak Percussion is supported by Arts Victoria through it's Annual Operations program and it's emerging artists program by Victoria Rocks. The Cybec Foundation The Myer Foundation Optimum Percussion Rhythmscape Publishing The Victorian College of the Arts Secondary School
