The secret behind the enduring love affair between this world-renowned ensemble and its Australian public is both the simplest and hardest thing about chamber music: the interplay between four very different creative personalities. Hear the Takács Quartet meld their sound into amazing unity in classics by Haydn and Beethoven, and a world premiere by Carl Vine.
