Honorary Tasmanian Howard Shelley has forged a unique relationship with the Tasmanian Symphony Orchestra in more than a quarter century of concert-giving. Hear this renowned and revered musician as conductor and pianist in a specially selected program that brings together Elgar’s ravishing Enigma Variations, Shostakovich’s witty Piano Concerto No 1 and Richard Meale’s ethereal Lumen.
