Event Details
Always a festival highlight, this year’s Sunday morning concert will feature the champion of all concertos, Beethoven’s Emperor with superstar piano soloist, Daniel De Borah. In a year of anniversaries, including Beethoven’s 245th and piano inventor Bartolomeo Cristofori’s 360th, we also present two sumptuous works by Sibelius (for his 150th anniversary) and begin the festivities with the hero of all overtures: Mozart’s Marriage of Figaro.
