Product details

Light is integral to colour, and musical integrity is often described in terms of its colour or luminescence. Celebrating Canticum Chamber Choir's 21st birthday year, composers were sought whose music reflects a particular sensitivity to the versatility of the choral instrument and which celebrates beautiful text. Canticum is an integral part of Australia's choral music scene, known for presenting a richly diverse repertoire and collaborating with top arts organisationns and festivals. It is directed by its founder, Emily Cox, one of Australia's most respected choral conductors. The choir is accompanied on piano on this CD by acclaimed Australian organist, Christopher Wrench.
