SUMMARY: The work combines field recordings, interviews, computer-generated sounds and studio recorded music. Five scenes, which comprise the piece, focus on the work of a woman and a teenage boy who go into the forest every day to learn about the lyrebirds. These scenes are contextualised by statements about indigenous culture.
