"This piece is based upon the 'Tanghetto' which is a movement of the composer's 2nd suite for plectrum orchestra written for Adrian Hooper and the Sydney Mandolins. The addition of the bandonneon (accordian) sound and tonecolour enhances the tango flavour of this composition which should be performed with much passion"
