"The native informant" uses sound recordings made by Carter at his Berkshire family home in 1966 as a starting point for his look at spoken language as record of history. Directed and spoken by the author with the voices of Helen Noonan, David Wicks and Andrew Ford. "Spellbound" is a program about grief, about the moments between conception and death. It is performed by Gillian Jones, Paul Goddard and Damon Herriman.
