'Trace elements': Soundscape/electronic work. Rik Rue constructed a series of audio sketchbooks of travels through the Australian landscape. Recordings were made at Jervis Bay and Pigeon House Mountain and west to the arid interior - Cobar and Mungo National Park. The recordings were then arranged musically. The piece formed the basis of a dance work for 'Gravity Feed'.
Non-commercial recording, for study purposes only.
'Human nature': Soundsacpe/electronic work. A mystical journey from the manufactured modern environment to the enchanted wilderness of Wilson's Promontory, through the ears and imagination of a child.
