Product details

Two Traditional Ivrit Songs for Hanukkah was written for the Hanukkah Concert of 13 December 1998 that was held at the Brisbane Hebrew Congregation's Orthodox Synagogue by their "Blessed LKGT Quartet". - The first, Mi y'malel, can be assigned to a composer but no poet whereas the second, Hanukkah, Hanukkah, is a melody of unknown origin that received its words in the first half of the 20th century. Both songs are available in countless, freely accessible arrangements which shows that these two children's songs are regarded as folk music in Israel as well as all over the world. The present composition is not supposed to be sung; the lyrics are given for reference purposes only.
