Work Overview
This work is a companion piece to The Blue Mountains - both were completed in March 2010. Morning Mist at Katoomba uses much of the musical material from The Blue Mountains, although in a different order and with altered dynamics. The opening and closing sections of this work use completely new material.
This composition evokes the morning mists seen in Katoomba and surrounding areas in the Blue Mountains.
