This piece was written as an HSC (Music 1) performance work for Natasha Estens and was first performed by her on 15 August 1996 at Ascham School, Sydney. The piece is easy to perform but requires a good ambience and stage presentation. Quiet and reflective, yet sonorous!
The piece is scored for two guitars played by one player. One guitar is played normally, one is played on a stand and tuned to a Dm6 chord used as an ostinato.
Instrumentation: 2 guitars (1 player).
