Instrumentation: 3 flutes (2nd and 3rd double piccolo), 2 oboes (2nd doubles cor anglais), clarinet in B flat, clarinet in E flat, bass clarinet, contrabass clarinet, 2 bassoons (2nd doubles contrabassoon), soprano saxophone, alto saxophone, 4 horns in F, 3 trumpets in B flat (1st doubles piccolo trumpet in B flat), 2 trombones, bass trombone, tuba, timpani, percussion (4 players), piano.
