Work Overview
In a Corner of the Macintyre (1894) is a painting by Australian artist Tom Roberts. The landscape depicted is saturated with summer heat, and it holds a drama between a bushranger and the police. I wanted to explore the intangible spaces between the elements of water, air, earth and heat in the painting.
