Work Overview
Our sense of time passing doesn't remain constant. It seems to be governed by our state of mind and the nature of experience. This is explored with a number of devices including varying phrase lengths and metric moduation. This one movement work is a kind of metaphor for journeying through life, concluding with a reflective final phase.
It is dedicated to the Esperance Trio.
