Work Overview
This piece continues my interest in Celtc sacred music and was, like all my pieces, composed by hand. I composed this piece with pencil and paper and rubber, some of my works were composed with pen. The song was composed outdoors, mainly in my garden in the Dandenong Ranges, Vic, where the traditional owners are the Wurundjeri. I compose outdoors to be part of nature and to be influenced by nature in the compositional process.
