This ethereal setting of the Lord's Prayer is part of the liturgical music culture at Frensham, a boarding school in the Southern Highlands of NSW. It has a differentiated design, making it accessible to all participants and is sung in regular School Services by the entire school.
Instrumentation: Easy unison for entire school, or congregation, with a Cantor and SSA harmony. Can be sung unison, without the choral parts.
Duration: 2 min.
Difficulty: Medium — Very accessible unison line with more demanding parts in the choir.
Dedication note: Dedicated to Ms Julie Gillick, Head of Frensham
First performance: 2008. Clubbe Hall, Frensham School, NSW
The unison line can be sung in its own right, when the choir is not in attendance.
