Work Overview
One Last Tango was composed on the passing of my maternal grandmother. The tango was one of her favourite musical forms, and this work sees the continuation of my own exploration of this style.

Instrumentation: Piccolo, 2 flutes, 2 oboes, cor anglais, 2 B¨ clarinets, bass clarinet, 2 bassoons, contrabassoon, 4 horns in F, 3 trumpets in C, 2 trombones, bass trombone, tuba, timpani, percussion 1 (bongo, suspended cymbal, wind chimes, triangle, pair of crash cymbals), percussion 2 (vibraphone, tam tam) celesta, harp, strings.
