Work Overview

Soliloquy was written in response to the horrific narratives from Anzac troops in the frontline trenches at Gallipoli, compiled for the 2015 Reflections on Gallipoli concert tour of the Australian Chamber Orchestra. It reflects in turn the personal horror, disbelief, anguish and anger evoked by such stark depictions of pointless human suffering, inflicted by countries who consider themselves civilised, upon their own citizens.
