Work Overview

The structure of the piece is like a mechanism that gradually winds up and then ends itself by unwinding. Within the given 17 tone system I wanted to investigate the resonance of close - lying pitches and their overlapping or inteference; in contrast to this I examined short staccato sounds with a larger pitch distance between them, arranged in a playful formation. The whole piece is based on divisions of 9 to 8.
