Work

Das leben in Hannover : lied for chamber ensemble

by Natalie Williams (2013)

Work Overview

This work is part of a mosaic of artworks to be presented together as a song-cycle celebrating life in the city of Hannover. In 2012, the Plathner's Eleven audiences were invited to write lyrics/poems/words on the subject HANOVER. A collective of composers was then invited to write short pieces in response to these text fragments. The resulting "Ode to the Great City" formed part of the Plathner's Eleven celebrations in April 2013.
