Service update - summer 2021
The AMC is now open for business after our short holiday break. Physical orders received since late December will be posted as soon as possible - please note that because of the COVID-19 situation in New South Wales, we are only able to access our printing facilities in Ultimo from Tuesday 12 January, and for limited hours only. Orders will be supplied on a 'first come first served' basis. This unfortunately means delays in print music orders, and access to physical library loans will also be limited. We apologise for these delays and look forward to being fully functional as soon as possible.
Remember that, in addition to Christmas-related mail delays, the pandemic continues to disrupt international mail to many destinations, and there are longer than usual delays with domestic post. With most of our staff still working remotely, our business is operating via email and through the website.

Sales and production
Sales of digital products - digital sheet music and MP3s - through the AMC's website continue without disruption. Because of the COVID-19 situation in NSW, we will not be able to access our printing facilities in Ultimo until at least Tuesday 12 January. We hope to have news about this soon.
Some suppliers are taking a longer holiday break in January and their products may not be available, but most third-party supplier arrangements - website orders that are shipped directly from external CD or sheet music publishers to our customers - are active as usual. This situation may change, and for overseas products long delays can be expected.
We will inform you promptly as new information comes available about any current orders. Meanwhile please email email@example.com about any questions or sales enquiries.
The AMC's Digital Library is available for members around the clock, seven days a week (watch a digiloan tutorial on Youtube). If you need your membership renewed, please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org
AMC's Library staff are available by email. In some cases we can also add new scores to the digital library - please send us email.
Look out for our monthly eNews service at the end of each month for updates, news and information. You can sign up here.
AMC's Represented, Associate and Pedagogical artists are encouraged to make the most of the Contribute portal to submit their digital scores, mp3 files, work information and updated biographies. The AMC's staff will be available, over email, to advise and assist. The start page has links to login instructions, FAQ and further tips and tricks.

Please note that with outgoing orders, there are some long delays beyond our control particularly with international mail. Please refer to the Australia Post website for latest domestic mail updates and international mail updates.
