Product details
The materials in this kit have been specifically selected from The Australian Voices repertoire of 1997 to demonstrate some ways and techniques by which composers have explored vocal sounds, textures and colours in their choral compositions over the last 1000 years and utilised them to realise the magic and mystery of their music.
In this kit each work is discussed, simply exploring the specific ways that choral music is composed - that is, the way that choral music is made or put together; also it offers some alternative ideas on why these styles developed.
The kit includes analysis and recordings of 27 works, together with extensive student exercises.
