One distinctive feature of the soundscape of my native country Australia is the call of the bellbird. Their call is a single bell-like sound. This sound rings through the tapestry of this piece. I also want to experience the journey of these sounds in the space of the hall and the tubes designed at the side of the hall funnel the oboe's notes, replicating the blown echo.
