It uses a case-study centric structure combined with a wide range of tasks that enables teachers to develop activities that showcase the variety, interest and unique facets of new Australian music culture.
The kit uses Australian works that are less than 10 years old as case studies for focusing on larger concepts and cultures. Music used in the kit sits at the extremes of genres or styles, capturing students’ ears and encouraging them to explore a wide range of Australian cultures.
