Score
Striking / Andrew Byrne.
Work Overview
The aim in this piece is to create a quiet and mysterious music, suggesting a nocturnal scene. Wisps of melodies emerge from behind a veil of tapping and other unpitched sounds created by striking the strings with chopsticks.
