Quiet Canteen was developed by composesr Elizabeth Jigalin and Jodie Rottle. The work began as an exchange between two friends who sent a collection of objects in the post and set a "menu" as a score. The recipent of the objects performs the menu in their own interpretation. This version is Jodie's collection of objects that she sent to Elizabeth for performance, and Elizabeth, in turn, sent Jodie a collection of objects and a menu.
