Felicity Wilcox has over twenty years' experience as a professional composer, and is equally at home with electronic and popular music idioms as with composing art music for chamber ensembles.

Wilcox's emerging career in concert music includes commissions for Vivid Sydney, Ensemble Offspring, Ironwood, Halcyon Ensemble, the Sydney Symphony Fellows, and the Australia Piano Quartet. She was awarded a doctorate in composition from Sydney Conservatorium in 2013.

Under the alias Felicity Fox, she has released four CDs, and has composed and produced the soundtracks to many award-winning film and television productions, receiving multiple ARIA, AFI and APRA/AGSC awards and nominations.

She has worked extensively as a composer and music director in theatre, live events, dance and radio, including being appointed Assistant Music Director for the Paralympic Games Opening Ceremony, Sydney 2000. Felicity Wilcox has co-founded several original bands, and as keyboardist and vocalist performs her original songs with performers from the cream of the Sydney scene.

Since 2010, she has been teaching composition, performance, music analysis and musical multimedia at several leading tertiary institutions across Sydney, and currently lectures at Sydney Conservatorium and University of Western Sydney.
