Visiting us at the Rocks
Most of our products are made to order or delivered directly through third party suppliers. We stock very few products at our premises. We recommend making any sales enquiries online or by phone on (02) 9347 4677 or toll free 1300 651 834, prior to visiting our premises in person.
Our offices, located in The Rocks area of Sydney, are open Monday to Friday, 9:30am – 5pm* to collect orders placed online or to consult with our sales staff in person.
*note: hours are Sydney time (GMT +10 or GMT+11 during daylight savings)
Ordering online, shipping
The majority of products featured in our catalogue can be ordered online. Members of the Australian Music Centre receive a 10% discount on all sales purchases, and this discount will be applied as part of the checkout process. Please note that only credit card payments are accepted for online orders.
All domestic and international shipping for all online orders is provided by Australia Post, with options and charges displayed during the checkout process. For rush orders and expedited shipping or courier delivery, please contact our sales department directly to place your order. Orders placed online may be collected from our retail shop in Sydney.
