The Deadly award-winning Black Arm Band will take you into Australia’s Aboriginal soul through the music, film and stories of murundak ('alive' in Woiwurrung language). With an engaging repertoire exploring the living, breathing, social memoir of the elusive and essential heart of the nation this enduring and evolving 28-piece ensemble includes an impressive mix of both the pioneers and the new voices of Indigenous music. Featuring Archie Roach, Lou Bennett, Kutcha Edwards, Ursula Yovich, Jimmy Little, Ruby Hunter, Dan Sultan, Bart Willoughby, Emma Donovan, Mark Atkins and Shellie Morris, murundak is a stirring cultural anthem.
