Lounge in the glamorous Dome cocktail bar and take in a blend of tango, Spanish classics, bossa nova and Australian music as presented by a rare combination of some of Australia’s finest young artists.
Duo Histoire and Sydney Camerata Quartet join forces to present Astor Piazzolla’s hauntingly beautiful Ausencias alongside a program of works by, Isaac Albeniz, Chick Correa, Elena Kats-Chernin and Francisco Tarrega.
The Duo Histoire, featuring Murilo Tanouye (guitar) and Nick Russoniello (saxophone) have built a reputation across Australia for delivering fresh performances in a variety of music styles. Sydney Camerata comprises of leading instrumentalists and in 2012 were named Musica Viva Rising Stars.
