Rowen Fox presents the premiere of his recently commissioned Wind Quintet No.1, in a program also including music by Ross Edwards, Malcolm Arnold, Jean Francaix, Rossini and Debussy, performed by current and former Principals of the SSO and AOO. Featuring the talents of Rosamund Plummer, Conall McClure, Frank Celata, Rob Johnson and Matthew Wilkie.
Featured non-Australian music: Claude Debussy - Petite Suite arr. Gordon Davies, mvmts 1&2. Malcolm Arnold - Divertimento. Jean Francaix - Quintet No.1, mvmt 3. Gioachino Rossini - Sonata for Wind Quartet No.5, mvmt 1.
