Event Details
Melbourne violinist Sarah Curro turns the VOLUME up in a return of her dynamic solo violin show at BMW edge, performing new works by young, mostly Australian composers and featuring the new range of Spur acoustic / Semi-acoustic & Electric violins. Volume 4... switch it on and turn it up. VOLUME 4 music contributors this year include Richard Gill, Cam Butler, Simon Charles, Daniel Masmanian, James Wade, Matt Timmis, Richard Grantham and we are dusting off Kevin March and Eric Schwartz from the VOLUME Hall of Fame to bring us some weird and wonderful tastes of Latin American culture. Other very special contributors are BSPS Choir, David Van De Leur - animator, Chalice Watt - costume, 2 Men Drawing - live sketching, The Australian Ballet Dance Education Ensemble and a new film clip from The Twoks directed by Pat Herford.
Featured non-Australian music: Eric Schwartz - Gioachino Rossini and the Dream Police Danzon
