In 2014, Voices of Birralee was selected by the Department of Veterans' Affairs to provide choral services at the ANZAC Day Commemoration Services on the Western Front, France 201 5 - 201 9.
Ne les oublions jamaiswas commissioned by Voices of Birralee in 2016 as part of their "Voices from the Trenches Choral Festival"(2017). It was originally composed for treble voices and later reworked for mixed choir. Ne les oublions jamais was included in the repertoire performed by the 2017 ANZAC Day Commemorations Choir whilst on tour in the Western Front, France. I was lucky to be in the audience on the evening of their concert performance in Villers-Bretonneux.
